Orders and payment

Product descriptions, included materials and current prices are shown on the relevant course page and during checkout. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed during checkout. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. Checkout and payment may be provided by third-party services under their own technical and privacy terms.

Digital delivery

Courses purchased from this website are supplied digitally. Download or access instructions are normally provided after successful payment. Please contact us if the delivery link does not arrive or a supplied file cannot be accessed.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the course for personal learning. Course audio, PDFs, text, design and other content remain protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may not resell, share, upload, publish, reproduce or distribute the materials except where the law expressly permits it.

Withdrawal, refunds and faulty content

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may end once delivery begins only where the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been provided. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

If content is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be delivered, contact support at linguaboost.com with the order details so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Purchases from other platforms

Purchases made through Audible, Apple, Spotify or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that platform’s purchase, delivery and refund terms. LinguaBoost provides downloadable audiobook transcripts where stated, but payment or account issues must normally be handled by the platform where the purchase was made.

Website availability and learning results

We work to keep the website and downloads available, but temporary interruptions may occur. Language-learning progress varies according to prior knowledge, practice and other individual factors; no specific level of fluency or result is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use the website or materials in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.

Applicable law and changes
